Exterior Corridors

PreFast^® offers 10 foot wide exterior concrete corridors/walkways as a standard feature on both the ground and second floors of all of our Two Story Plantcrafted Buildings^®. The walkway/corridors at both levels are covered for protection from sun, rain and wind. The corridor on the ground floor is broom-finished concrete and the second floor corridor features a slip resistant vehicular traffic rated coating over concrete for student safety and ease of maintenance.
