- First California Division of the State Architect (DSA) PreChecked (“PC Pre-Approved”) Type 2 (concrete and steel) Two-Story permanent prefabricated school buildings (2005),
- First Two Story prefabricated school buildings to incorporate a DSA PC Pre-Approved integrated foundation and slab on grade for multiple allowable soil pressures (2005),
- First to offer exclusively California Proposition 1D High Performance Incentive Grant (“HPIG”) eligible prefabricated school buildings throughout its entire product line (2007),)
- First California Division of the State Architect (DSA) PC Pre-Approved, Type 2 (concrete and steel) pedestrian bridges (2007),
- First to qualify a Project for California Proposition 1D HPIG certification and supplemental funding in the California, (2008),
- First prefabricated school buildings to qualify a Project for Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) “CHPS Designed” certification (2008),
- First prefabricated school buildings to qualify a Project for California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Savings by Design certification and supplemental funding grant (2010),
- First prefabricated school buildings to be DSA PC Pre-Approved for installation in any seismic force zone under the 2010 California Building Code (2011),

- First California Division of the State Architect (DSA) PC Pre-Approved Type 2 (concrete and steel) permanent prefabricated gymnasium and gymnasium support buildings (2015),
- First prefabricated buildings available in multiple DSA PC PreApproved architectural Building Styles (2015)
- First STEAM Buildings DSA PC Pre-Approved for installation in High Seismic (Ss 2.20) force zones under the 2016 California Building Code (2019),
- First prefabricated buildings to incorporate a DSA PC PreApproved, non-proprietary life safety system (2019)
- First Two Story DSA PC Pre-Approved prefabricated school buildings incorporating both gurney-sized elevators and guiderails (2019)
- First full range of Type 2 (concrete and steel) permanent prefabricated gymnasiums and gymnasium support buildings DSA PC Pre-Approved for installation in High Seismic (Ss 2.75) force zones under the 2016 California Building Code (2019),
