Service Elements

Service Elements are provided at each end of our Two Story Plantcrafted Buildings^®. These Service Elements incorporate Restrooms, custodial closet, galvanized structural steel stairs with concrete filled treads and landings, a commercial grade side-piston hydraulic elevator, dedicated Electrical/Data Rooms on both floors and circulation corridors for access to these services.
