Del Oro High School (Placer UHSD)

This installation currently in progress replaces virtually all of the existing portable classroom buildings on the campus. The multi-Phase scope includes supply and installation of two DSA PC Pre-Approved Two Story, 12 classroom Plantcrafted Buildings^® in Phase One and one DSA PC Pre-Approved Two Story, 10 classroom Plantcrafted Building^® in Phase Two (totaling 57,500 square feet) and associated sitework.  The Plantcrafted Buildings^® are being supplied in a customized exterior architectural style which combines elements of PreFast’s^® DSA PC Pre-Approved Parkway and San Joaquin Building Styles. The schedule for in-plant prefabrication, installation and sitework construction for Phase One is 12 months with completion in July 2020.  The schedule for Phase Two is 8 months with completion in April 0f 2021.
