Washington Elementary School (Lynwood USD)

This installation replaced the majority of this site’s existing portable classrooms. The scope included supply and installation of two DSA PC Pre-Approved, Two Story, 8 classroom Plantcrafted Buildings^® (totaling 30,000 square feet) and associated sitework including soil stabilization by injection grouting. The multiple-phase schedule duration for geotechnical mitigation, in-plant prefabrication and installation and sitework construction was 15 months with completion in August 2014. This project was installed concurrently with the Lincoln Elementary School (Lynwood USD) project.
