Washington Elementary School (Hawthorne School District)

This installation replaced all of this site’s existing portable classrooms, constituting approximately 50% of the total classrooms on this WPA era elementary school campus. The scope included prefabrication, supply and installation of one DSA PC Pre-Approved, Two Story, 12 classroom Plantcrafted Buildings^® (totalling 20,000 square feet) and associated sitework. Three standard classrooms were customized to provide a pre-kindergarten/day care facility. The schedule duration for in-plant prefabrication and installation and sitework construction was ten months with completion occurring in July, 2007.
