Lincoln Elementary School (Lynwood USD)

This installation in the Lynwood Unified School District, replaced the majority of this site’s existing portable classrooms. The scope included supply and installation of one DSA Pre-Approved, Two Story, 14 classroom Plantcrafted Buildings^® (totaling 22,500 square feet and associated sitework including stabilization of the soil through grout injection. The multiple-phase schedule duration for in-plant prefabrication, geotechnical mitigation, installation and sitework construction was 15 months with completion in August 2014. This project was installed concurrently with the Washington Elementary School (Lynwood USD) project.
