East Palo Alto Academy (Sequoia UHSD)

This two phase installation completed the creation of a new charter high school campus. The scope of Phase 1 included supply and installation of one DSA PC Pre-Approved, Two Story, 10 classroom Plantcrafted Buildings^® and associated sitework, including hazardous soil remediation and soil stabilization by compacted stone column piers.  The multiple phase schedule duration for in-plant fabrication, installation and sitework construction was eight months with completion occurring in August, 2014.

The second Phase of the project was undertaken in 2016. The scope included the supply and installation of one DSA PC Pre-Approved, “B” sized Gymnasium Plantcrafed Building and one DSA PC Pre-Approved, 20’ Gymnasium Support Plancrafted Buildings^® customized to suit the District’s requirements.  The project was completed in November of 2016.
